1. Introduction
Temporary Perspective is a creative agency offering video production, editing, post-production, digital marketing, and storytelling services. We build custom teams tailored to each project. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users and clients engaging with our website or services.
2. Scope of Services
All services — including cinematography, editing, color grading, consultation, creative planning, social media management, and digital marketing — are customized based on your project needs. Exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be clearly defined in writing before each project begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely communication, accurate information, and prompt feedback. Delays in approvals, content delivery, or response may affect project progress and delivery timelines.
4. Timelines & Delivery
All timelines provided are estimates. While we do our best to meet deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or client-side holdups.
Please note: delivery timelines may vary by approximately ±20%, depending on scope changes, feedback rounds, and creative complexity
5. Payments
Unless otherwise stated:

50% of the project cost is due upfront to confirm the booking.

The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Delayed payments may incur additional fees.
6. Revisions
Unless stated otherwise in the project agreement, most projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions at each major stage (e.g., scripting, editing, color grading).
Additional revisions will be quoted separately. Timely and clear feedback ensures smoother collaboration.
7. Copyright & Usage
Final deliverables are licensed for client use as agreed upon. Temporary Perspective retains the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Raw project files (such as timelines, footage, or editable files) are not included unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Confidentiality
All sensitive information shared with us for the duration of the project will be kept strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the initial payment is non-refundable.
If we, under rare circumstances, must cancel a project, a fair and proportionate refund will be issued for unfinished work.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
In rare cases such as natural disasters, power outages, equipment failure, or disruptions from third-party platforms or services, project timelines may be affected. These are considered outside our control and Temporary Perspective cannot be held responsible.
11. Policy Updates
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted here. Continued use of our website or services implies agreement with the latest version.
